目的:研究具备对人畜低毒或无毒、对环境友好等特性的高效的新烟碱类杀虫剂。方法:以吡虫啉这种高效新烟碱杀虫剂作为先导化合物,保留硝基亚胺基N杂环结构,通过引进噁二唑环代替氯吡啶环设计并合成一个新化合物。结果:氢核磁共振谱(1H-NMR)、红外光谱(IR)对合成的目标化合物结构予以确认,生物测试数据表明,该化合物具有一定的杀虫活性。结论:为进一步研究寻找更合适的新烟碱类杀虫剂提供参考。

목적:연구구비대인축저독혹무독、대배경우호등특성적고효적신연감류살충제。방법:이필충람저충고효신연감살충제작위선도화합물,보류초기아알기N잡배결구,통과인진오이서배대체록필정배설계병합성일개신화합물。결과:경핵자공진보(1H-NMR)、홍외광보(IR)대합성적목표화합물결구여이학인,생물측시수거표명,해화합물구유일정적살충활성。결론:위진일보연구심조경합괄적신연감류살충제제공삼고。
A neonicotinoids insecticide with characteristics of effective,non-toxic and easily decomposition was investigated by the regarded imidacloprid as leading compound,a novel nicotinic compound was designed and synthesized by retaining the structure of Imino-N heterocyclic and the by oxdiazole replacing the Pyridine-cyclic.Results: The structures of the novel nicotinic compound were confirmed by 1H-NMR and IR.According to the screen results,the compound shows certain insectical activity.The investigation is just as a clue to find out an adaptive neonicotinoids insecticides.
