随着我国对新农村基础设施建设的不断投入,由招投标环节引发的违规、违法现象也不断涌现。本文对目前农村基础设施建设项目招投标工作中存在的问题及影响因素进行了深入剖析,对农村基础设施建设项目招投标审计实务进行了探讨,以此来促进我国农村基础设施建设项目招投标工作有序健康开展。

Along with continuously devotion of our country to the new rural infrastructure construction,violations and illegal phenomenon caused by bidding links also emerged.In order to promote bidding work of our country′s rural infrastructure construction project orderly and healthy development,this paper thoroughly analyzed the present problems and influence factors of bidding work existing in rural infrastructure construction project and discussed the project bidding audit practice.
