Zhejiang was an important source of the Revolution of 1911.The study of the history of the Revolution of 1911 in Zhejiang has undergone the starting,developing and flourishing stages,which suggests the combination of commemoration,historical restoration and academic research.Document arrangement,oral historical document collection and memorial site rehabilatation have laid a firm foundation for academic research.As far as social background,the founding of the Republic of China,and important revolutionary figures are concerned,fruitful research achievements have been made.They have become part of the representative historical research trends for the study of the Revolution of 1911.The development of the research platform is one of the supporting systems for the study of the history of the Revolution of 1911 in Zhejiang.And it has played an important role in raising the research level,promoting disciplinary development,integrating research resources and strengthening talent training.
