在阐述了我国以及四川省资源型城市概况的基础上，针对四川省资源型城市发展中面临的缺乏动力产业支持、体制机制矛盾突出、环境污染和生态破坏严重等现实问题，从借鉴国外经验、健全体制机制、提高自主创新能力等角度探讨了资源型城市的持续再发展之路，提出了发展循环经济、培育和发展新兴接续产业、考虑产业转型和升级等具体的应对措施。
在闡述瞭我國以及四川省資源型城市概況的基礎上，針對四川省資源型城市髮展中麵臨的缺乏動力產業支持、體製機製矛盾突齣、環境汙染和生態破壞嚴重等現實問題，從藉鑒國外經驗、健全體製機製、提高自主創新能力等角度探討瞭資源型城市的持續再髮展之路，提齣瞭髮展循環經濟、培育和髮展新興接續產業、攷慮產業轉型和升級等具體的應對措施。

On the basis of summarizing the situation of resource-based cities in China as well as in Sichuan Province, this paper analyzes the problems such as the lack of power industry support, contradiction between system and mechanism, environmental pollution and ecological destruction and discusses the sustainable development of the resource-based cities from the perspectives of perfecting system and mechanism and improving the competence of independent innovation, etc, and proposes such countermeasures as developing circular economy, cultivating and developing new alternative industries, and promoting industrial transformation and upgrading
