在中华倒刺鲃每千克基础饲料中分别添加免疫多糖2g、免疫多糖4g、维生素C(VC)700mg、VC1400nag、VC700mg+免疫多糖2g、VC700mg+免疫多糖4g、VC1400mg+免疫多糖2g、VC1400mg+免疫多糖4g,以基础饲料为对照组,连续投喂2周后,通过测定血液白细胞的数量,白细胞吞噬能力,血清、头肾和脾脏的溶菌酶活力,探讨不同浓度的免疫多糖和VC对中华倒刺鲃非特异性免疫功能的影响.结果表明:VC和免疫多糖都能提高中华倒刺鲃免疫机能,且免疫多糖和VC二者间在较低浓度组合时有协同作用,高浓度组合时反而产生拮抗作用.免疫多糖和VC的最适宜组合浓度为(VC700mg+免疫多糖2g)/kg基础饲料.

재중화도자파매천극기출사료중분별첨가면역다당2g、면역다당4g、유생소C(VC)700mg、VC1400nag、VC700mg+면역다당2g、VC700mg+면역다당4g、VC1400mg+면역다당2g、VC1400mg+면역다당4g,이기출사료위대조조,련속투위2주후,통과측정혈액백세포적수량,백세포탄서능력,혈청、두신화비장적용균매활력,탐토불동농도적면역다당화VC대중화도자파비특이성면역공능적영향.결과표명:VC화면역다당도능제고중화도자파면역궤능,차면역다당화VC이자간재교저농도조합시유협동작용,고농도조합시반이산생길항작용.면역다당화VC적최괄의조합농도위(VC700mg+면역다당2g)/kg기출사료.
Effects of immunopolysaccharide and Vitamin C on the non-specific immune response of Spinibarbus sinensis Bleeker were investigated after supplemented with immunopolysaccharide 0, 2,4 g/kg · diet,Vitamin C 0,700,1 400 mg/kg · diet, (Vitamin C 700 mg+ immunopolysaccharide 2 g)/ kg·diet, (Vitamin C 700 mg + immunopolysaccharide 4 g)/kg · diet, (Vitamin C 1 400 mg + immunopolysaccharide 2 g)/kg · diet, (Vitamin C 1 400 mg + immunopolysaccharide 4 g)/kg · diet. After 2 weeks,the number and the phagocytic activity of the leucocytes, the lysozyme activity of the serum, the head kidney and the spleen were determined. The results show a significant effect of immunopolysaccharide and vitamin C on the non-specific immune response of Spinibarbus sinensis. The trial reveals a synergistic action among the factors, immunopolysaccharide and Vitamin C at lower concentration,and a antagonistic action among the factors at higher concentration. In this research, the optimal combination of immunopolysaccharide and vitamin C supplementation in Spinibarbus sinensis Bleeker is (vitamin C 700 mg + immunopolysaccharide 2 g)/kg · diet.
