商业模式的性能是影响企业经营绩效、可持续竞争优势的一个重要因素，这已经得到越来越多的实例证实，但商业模式到底如何对企业绩效和竞争优势的可持续性产生影响？尤其是，商业模式的成型过程如何组成，其影响因素及其作用机理是什么？迄今人们知之甚少。在容器模型基础上，提出了商业模式成型的两阶段理论，归纳了商业模式蓝图成型阶段和规则成型阶段的问题、路径和成果。提出了商业模式实质构成元素一规则成型的三种途径（T—L—M）。根据商业模式成型影响因素，提出了商业模式类型划分方法，并提出一个描述商业模式从小到大的演变路径模型。

The function of business model is an important factor of enterprise operation performance and sustainable competitive advantage, which has been confirmed by more and more instances. However, little is known so far about how business model affects the enterprise performance and the sustainability of competitive advantage, especially the forming process, effect factors and mechanism of business model. Based on the container model, the two- stage business model forming theory is proposed, which distin- guishes the blueprint - forming stage and the rule - forming stage of business model, and the problems, paths and results in each stage are summarized. This paper puts forward the three forming ways （T- L- M） of rules, which are the substantial constitution elements of business model. According to the influence factors of business model forming process, this paper suggests a business model classification method and constructs an evolutionary path model to describe the growth of business model.
