慢行交通是现代交通体系中必不可少的组成部分，是低碳又环保的绿色出行方式，对缓解城市交通问题具有童要意义。通过问卷调查，对天津市慢行交通的发展现状进行分析。从认识、设计、管理等方面阐述天津市慢行交通发展面临的挑战，并基手慢行交通的特点、功能探讨其未来发展的潜力。最后立足“以人为本”理念，提出改善天津市慢行交通的对策措施。

Then based on people-oriented concept, some countermeasures are proposed to improve the slow traffic in Tianjin City.
