我国经济增长的地区差异一直是改革不可回避的问题。文章利用泰尔指数测算后，发现我国的地区经济差异在2004年后缩小更多的是由于国家或地区的政策倾斜使一些落后地区得到大量的资金，通过投资拉动经济进而缩小了地区间的差异。但各地区间的投资效率却没有缩小地区间差距。因此，只有提高资金的投资效率，才能真正做到在缩小地区差异的同时保持经济的可持续发展。
我國經濟增長的地區差異一直是改革不可迴避的問題。文章利用泰爾指數測算後，髮現我國的地區經濟差異在2004年後縮小更多的是由于國傢或地區的政策傾斜使一些落後地區得到大量的資金，通過投資拉動經濟進而縮小瞭地區間的差異。但各地區間的投資效率卻沒有縮小地區間差距。因此，隻有提高資金的投資效率，纔能真正做到在縮小地區差異的同時保持經濟的可持續髮展。

The problem that the regional economic growth diversity of reform in China should not be ignored. Based on the calculation of Theil entropy, this paper discovers that the narrowing of the differences in economy of different regions in China, which started from 2004, was mainly due to the policy tilt from the country or the related regions, which eventually made a large amount of capital flow to the relatively poor areas. However, the investment efficiency differences in regions enlarge regional economic diversity. So only if the invest efficiency of these capital is improved, will the narrowing of the regional economic differences be possible while the sustainable development of the economy is still guaranteed.
