本研究旨在探讨抑郁症早醒与事件相关电位P300的关系。通过对22例抑郁症早醒病人、20例抑郁症非早醒病人及20例志愿者进行事件相关电位P300和汉密尔顿抑郁量表检测,结果发现,早醒组与对照组比较P2、N2、P3潜伏期与反应时间明显延长,波幅明显降低(P〈.05);非早醒组与对照组比较N2、P3潜伏期与反应时间明显延长,波幅明显降低(P〈.05);早醒组与非早醒组比较P2、N2、P3潜伏期与反应时间明显延长(P〈.05),N2、P3波幅明显降低。早醒组HAMD评分明显高于非早醒组(P〈.05)。研究表明抑郁症早醒与非早醒病人均存在认知功能的损害,损害程度早醒病人比非早醒病人更为严重。

The present study aimed to explore the relationship between depression sleep disorder with and without dysphylaxia and P300 component of event-related electric potential(ERP).The clients group(experimental group) contained 42 depression sleep disorder clients whose scores of Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD) were above 17.They were assigned to dysphylaxia group(n= 22) and non-dysphylaxia(n=20) according to the rating criteria of dysphylaxia in Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD).The behavioral data showed that both the RTs of dysphylaxia group and non-dysphylaxia were longer than those of the healthy control group, and the RTs of the dysphylaxia group were longer than those of the non-dysphylaxia group.ERP results indicated that the latencies of P2,N2 and P3 for both client groups were longer than those of the control group,and the latencies of dysphylaxia group were longer than those of the non-dysphylaxia group.Furthermore,the amplitudes of P2,N2 and P3 for both client groups decreased compared with those of the control group,and the amplitudes of the dysphylaxia group decreased compared with those of the non-dysphylaxia group. These results indicated the damage of cognitive function for both the depression dysphylaxia and non-dysphylaxia clients,which was more serious for dysphylaxia clients than non-dysphylaxia clients.
