依据人们对供水质量、供水压力和供水系统可靠性的要求,结合先进的自动化技术和通讯技术,设计了一种新型变频稳压供水自动控制系统。该系统以典型的AT89C51单片机控制系统和变频器调频技术为核心,采用PID算法调节供水压力。该文介绍了系统的总体方案、工作原理和工作过程,给出了硬件框图及软件流程图,并设计了系统实时监测界面,实际应用表明该系统运行情况良好,能较好地满足用户需求。
依據人們對供水質量、供水壓力和供水繫統可靠性的要求,結閤先進的自動化技術和通訊技術,設計瞭一種新型變頻穩壓供水自動控製繫統。該繫統以典型的AT89C51單片機控製繫統和變頻器調頻技術為覈心,採用PID算法調節供水壓力。該文介紹瞭繫統的總體方案、工作原理和工作過程,給齣瞭硬件框圖及軟件流程圖,併設計瞭繫統實時鑑測界麵,實際應用錶明該繫統運行情況良好,能較好地滿足用戶需求。

According to the requirements of water quality, water supply pressure and water supply system reliability,a new auto- matic control system of water supply with constant pressure and frequency conversion which combined with advanced automa- tion and communication technology was designed. This system based on inverter frequency modulation technology and a typical Micro Control Unit(MCU) AT89C51 as a controller and a PID algorithm were implemented. The overall scheme of the system and operating principle were described, and the block diagram of the hardware and software were designed. A interface of real- time monitoring system was proposed in this article. The system is running well and can meet users' needs better.
