为了解决社会对法律高层次应用型、复合型人才的需求,我国在借鉴美国J.D制度的基础上,创立了法律硕士教育。经过多年发展,法律硕士（非法学）取得了长足进步。2009年我国建立了全新的法律硕士（法学）教育类型,我国法律硕士教育开始走向法律硕士（非法学）、法律硕士（法学）并列的时代。但是由于法律硕士（法学）出现时间晚,人们对它的认识有限,从而导致实践中出现了诸多问题,因而需要从课程设置、师资结构、育人模式等多方面予以完善,从而保障法律硕士（法学）的人才培养质量。

To meet the social needs for high-level legal professionals,legal education for the degree of master of jurisprudence（for non-law disciplines） in China,originally modeled on J.D.programs in the U.S.,has made impressive progress after many years of development.Now China offers programs leading to master of jurisprudence for both law and non-law disciplines.However,there are a number of problems in our J.M.education due to certain limitations.Strategies should be adopted to improve its curriculum design,training mode and faculty arrangement in order to guarantee the quality of China＇s J.M.education.
