在领导理论与管理沟通理论综述的基础上,提出领导者素质与情景相互匹配的必要性,提出将横向部门沟通情景作为调节变量,研究其对领导者素质与领导绩效关系的调节作用。采用问卷调查的方式搜集了领导者素质、管理环境以及领导绩效数据。在此基础上,首先,将领导者的素质特征作为自变量,将领导绩效作为因变量,采用多元回归的方法研究了普遍意义上领导综合素质对领导绩效的作用;进而,引入情景因素作为调节变量,运用层次回归分析研究了横向部门沟通情景中三个子维度对综合素质与领导绩效关系的调节作用。

Based on the review of the leadership and managerial communication theories, the necessity of matching quality with context is pointed out. Regarding cross-sector communication as moderator, this paper researches its influence on the relationship between leader' s quality and performance. The data about quality, context and performance is collected by questionnaire. Firstly, regarding quality as independent variable and performance as dependent variable, the influence of quality upon performance is researched by the means of multi-regreSsion. Secondly, the context variable as moderator is drawn into the study, the moderating effect of cross-sector communication on relationship between leader' s qual- ity and performance is tested by hierarchical multiple regression.
