文化公德自律是艺术管理纵深的文化自律概念,选择托克维尔文化公德自律主题来阐释艺术管理及教育谋划,可助推文化公德自律介入艺术管理的运营和高等孵化教育的实际应用。托克维尔文化公德自律理论的平等不是经济意义上的均平,而是指身份的平等、权利的平等、机会的平等,是艺术运营触及艺术价值核心的重要环节;文化公德自律通过对自利的规范和引导,保存了艺术群体对自由主义的热爱;通过对艺术运营环节的规范和约束,使其价值链条更为宽广,既可以承载本位的利益,又可以容纳彼此的利益;既可以承载艺术经纪利益,又可以容纳公共利益。文化公德自律理论阈相关概念的辨析对于"艺术经济建设"及学科内的高等孵化教育具有现实指导意义。

Public virtue is a background concept of arts management.Using the theme of Tocqueville public virtue to illustrate arts management and educational planning may promote the application of public virtue in the operation of arts management and the incubation education of higher education.The equality in Tocqueville public virtue theory is not the egalitarianism in an economic sense,but the equality in identity,equality in rights and equality in opportunities and is an important link in which arts operation touches the core of artistic value.Through self-interested regulation and guidance,public virtue preserves the love of artists for liberalism.Through regulation and restriction on the links of arts operation,its value chain becomes even broader and may not only carry its own interests but also include others',and may not only carry art broker's interests but also include public interests.The differentiation and analysis of related concepts in the theoretical domain of public virtue plays a realistic role in guiding "artistic economic construction" and higher incubation education in the discipline.
