运用演化博弈理论,在有限理性的假设下研究军民融合资源共享的动态演化过程。动态演化的长期均衡结果与资源共享博弈双方的支付矩阵及初始状态有关：资源共享的总规模和预期收益率对均衡结果有正向影响;机会收益率和投入成本对均衡结果有负向影响;收益分配比例最优时,军民融合资源共享概率最大。提出了完善军民融合资源共享机制的政策建议。

With evolutionary game theory, study the dynamic evolution of resource sharing of military and civilian union which is based on the assumption of bounded rationality, Long - run equilibrium of dynamic e- volution is related to resource sharing bilateral payoff matrix and original state. Total scale of resource sha- ring and expected yield have positive effects on equilibrium outcomes, while opportunity rate of return and input cost have negative effects on equilibrium outcomes. Probability of resource sharing of military and civilian union is maximum when proportion of return distribution is optimal. Make policy proposals to pro- mote resource - sharing mechanism of military and civilian union.
