文章基于校园网的便携式视频直播系统从多信号源输入、简便的导播与编码、单流录制、视频广播与接收、用户交互等功能需求进行设计与开发，该系统能完全能够满足高校对视频直播的需求。同时，该系统具有经费投入少，不受场地限制，一人实现直播，视频直播效率和直播视频质量高的特点。
文章基于校園網的便攜式視頻直播繫統從多信號源輸入、簡便的導播與編碼、單流錄製、視頻廣播與接收、用戶交互等功能需求進行設計與開髮，該繫統能完全能夠滿足高校對視頻直播的需求。同時，該繫統具有經費投入少，不受場地限製，一人實現直播，視頻直播效率和直播視頻質量高的特點。

Based on the campus network of portable video broadcast system ,this paper designs and develops a system from multiple source inputs, easy-directed and coding, single-stream recording, video broadcasting and receiving, user interaction and other functional requirements, which can be fully able to meet the universil~ for live video the demand. At the same time, this system has the characters of a small investment of funds, subject to site constraints, to achieve one live video broadcast efficiency and high broadcast video quality.
