农民组织化是农业生产效率提升的内部推动力，农业产业化是农业生产效率提升的外部拉动力，只有将这两种力量有机结合，才能使农业生产效率得到最大程度地提升。本着要素整合、因地制宜、效率与效益、公平合理等基本原则，分别构建东部地区以双动力整合为重点、中部地区以农民组织化向农业产业化过渡为重点、西部地区以建设农民合作组织为重点的我国各区域农民组织化与农业产业化联动发展机制，并在此基础上针对性提出了加强政府宏观调控与政策引导、培育新型农民组织化形式、完善法律建设保护相关主体合法权益、加强农民职业培训、引导扶持涉农产业发展、发挥典型示范作用等推进联动机制发展的对策及建议。

Farmers＇ organizations are an internal driving force and agricultural industrialization is the external power to enhance the efficiency of agricultural production. Combining these two forces can further increase agricultural productivity. Based on this perspective and the local conditions, the article, in line with the principle of elements integration, efficiency and effectiveness, fairness and reason, constructed a joint development mechanism for East China with the focus on hybrid integration, another for Central China with the focus on the transition from farmers＇ organizations to agricultural industrialization, and another for West China with the focus on building farmers＇ cooperative organizations. Finally some countermeasures and suggestions were proposed including strengthening the government＇ s macroeconomic control and policy guidance, nurturing new forms of farmers＇ organizations, improving the legal construction to protect farmers＇ legitimate rights and interests , etc..
