Teachers' professional practice ability is one of important abilities of teachers' of vocational colleges and it is also the importance and difficulty of group of teachers of "Double Qualified". At present, teachers of vocational colleges lack professional practice ability at large in our country, which not only has causes from systems but also has causes from the value orientation of teachers, colleges and enterprises. The cultivating of teachers' professional practice ability not only need to choose the correct route but also need certain policy guarantee.
