当前，我国正处于由计划经济体制向市场经济体制转变的社会转型时期，工作环境和家庭结构随着社会大环境的变化而出现了许多前所未有的新现象和新趋势。对员工的自我效能感与工作家庭冲突和增益的关系进行实证研究，并分析社会支持在其中的调节作用，结果表明员工的自我效能感对工作家庭冲突起着反向的削弱作用，而对工作家庭增益则有着正向的促进作用。此外，社会支持在自我效能感与工作家庭冲突之间的负向关系上起着正向的调节作用。

Nowadays, China is experiencing the social transition from planned economy to market economy, and with changes in the overall social environment, unprecedented new phenomena and new trends have taken place in work environment and family structure. This paper makes an empirical study of the relationship between self-efficacy and work-family conflict and enrichment and the moderating effect of social support. It is found that self-efficacy has a reverse weakening effect on work-family conflict and a positive promoting effect on work-family enrichment. In addition, social support positively moderates the reverse relationship between self-efficacy and work-family conflict.
