自动开箱、合箱装置是装箱生产线的重要组成部分,基于卧式自动装箱生产线的生产要求,研究了纸箱的展开与合箱的工艺原理,提出了以展开机构、开箱、合箱及封箱4个基本功能模块为主体的结构方案,分析了卧式装箱生产线开箱与合箱装置气动控制系统的组成原理和控制方法,利用FluidSim仿真软件进行气动控制系统的仿真设计和调试,基于GX Developer软件设计了气动控制系统的控制程序,提出了自动开箱及合箱装置的气动控制解决方案和设计方法,为进一步研究包装生产线的设计与开发提供了理论基础。
自動開箱、閤箱裝置是裝箱生產線的重要組成部分,基于臥式自動裝箱生產線的生產要求,研究瞭紙箱的展開與閤箱的工藝原理,提齣瞭以展開機構、開箱、閤箱及封箱4箇基本功能模塊為主體的結構方案,分析瞭臥式裝箱生產線開箱與閤箱裝置氣動控製繫統的組成原理和控製方法,利用FluidSim倣真軟件進行氣動控製繫統的倣真設計和調試,基于GX Developer軟件設計瞭氣動控製繫統的控製程序,提齣瞭自動開箱及閤箱裝置的氣動控製解決方案和設計方法,為進一步研究包裝生產線的設計與開髮提供瞭理論基礎。

Automatic box unpacking and box closing mechanisms are the important components of the horizontal type boxing line.The process principle of box unpacking and box closing mechanisms is researched based on the production requirement of the boxing line.The structure scheme is brought out,which is mainly composed of box opening mechanism,box unpacking mechanism,box closing mechanism and sealing device.The composition and working principle of pneumatic controlling system which drives the box unpacking and closing mechanisms is analyzed and the pneumatic sequential operation controlling circuitry with multi-cylinders is simulatively designed and debugged by using the software FluidSim.The control system is also constructed of PLC module with the touching screen,whose program is compiled and simulated in the software GX Developer and Simulator.The theoretical basis for researching and developing the packing line is established by proposing the solution and design method of pneumatic controlling system driving the box unpacking and closing mechanisms.
