随着高等教育的日趋多元化，各级各类高等教育间的衔接与沟通就显得尤为重要了。从俄罗斯两大层级高等教育（5级和6级）的衔接以及两大类型高等教育（5A和5B）的沟通来看，在俄罗斯高等教育体系中，普通高等教育和高等职业教育并存，分工明确，相互协作，形成四通八达的人才成长立交桥，使得整个高等教育学制貌似分支型，实质上却融为一体，近似单轨型。
隨著高等教育的日趨多元化，各級各類高等教育間的銜接與溝通就顯得尤為重要瞭。從俄囉斯兩大層級高等教育（5級和6級）的銜接以及兩大類型高等教育（5A和5B）的溝通來看，在俄囉斯高等教育體繫中，普通高等教育和高等職業教育併存，分工明確，相互協作，形成四通八達的人纔成長立交橋，使得整箇高等教育學製貌似分支型，實質上卻融為一體，近似單軌型。
수착고등교육적일추다원화，각급각류고등교육간적함접여구통취현득우위중요료。종아라사량대층급고등교육（5급화6급）적함접이급량대류형고등교육（5A화5B）적구통래간，재아라사고등교육체계중，보통고등교육화고등직업교육병존，분공명학，상호협작，형성사통팔체적인재성장입교교，사득정개고등교육학제모사분지형，실질상각융위일체，근사단궤형。
With the increasing diversification of higher education, the convergence and communication of all levels and types of higher education are particularly important. The convergence between two levels of higher education （Level 5 and 6 ） and the communication between two types of higher education （5A and 5B ） show that general higher education and higher vocational education co- exist in Russian higher education system, and they are complementary to each other with clear division in between them. The general higher education and higher vocational education Constitute a complete and comprehensive talent development system, making the whole higher education both diversified and integrated at the same time.
