后大众化是高等教育大众化过程中出现的一种新现象，其显著特征是非传统成人学生数量超过其传统适龄青年学生的入学增长。通过英中两国高等教育后大众化现象的比较，可以借鉴英国高等教育大众化的经验，应对我国高等教育大众化阶段所出现的诸多问题，实现它山之石可以攻玉之目的。

Post-massicification is a new phenomenon in the process of mass higher education, The markedly character is that the quantity of untraditional adult students are more than the quantity of traditional juvenile students. This study employs a comparative perspective to analyze the post-massification of mass higher education between british and China. The purpose is to reference the experience of british higher education, and to overcame some troubles on the process of post-massification in china.
