Effective teaching is demonstrated in the form of collaboration, communication and interaction as well as competition in teaching and learning process, which are activated by divergent driving force. Communication and interaction in classroom can help lead to the change of teaching philosophy, which serves as the notional premise of effective teaching. Competition in teaching can produce necessary pressure leading to a good classroom performance, which makes more smooth and effective teaching mechanism and system.
