西藏定向生肩负着发展西藏、建设西藏、为西藏人民服务的神圣使命，扎实做好西藏定向生的思想教育工作，促进西藏定向生的健康成长，既是大学生日常思想政治教育工作的重要组成部分，又事关西藏的长期发展与稳定。通过调查分析，总结东北林业大学西藏定向生思想特点，以其现存问题为切入口，积极探索西藏定向生思想政治教育工作的新途径。

Previously- fixed students who will work in Tibet after graduation undertake the holy missions in developing and building Tibet and serving Tibetan people, and their ideological and educational work should be done effectively to promote them grow soundly and healthily, which remains the vital part of college students＇daily education on ideology and politics as well as closely connects with Tibetan development and stability in the long run. Through an investigation and analysis, the paper summarized the characters of Tibetan employment- fixed students in Northeast Forestry University, and studied the current issues and explored a new way to handle well their ideological and political education.
