中国共产党在不同历史时期形成的两个《历史决议》，不仅为党和人民的事业发展指明了前进方向，而且也成为正确对待历史问题的典范。在起草两个《历史决议》过程中，中国共产党对待自身历史的科学态度，主要体现在四个方面：一是充分发扬民主，以对党和人民高度负责的态度郑重对待党的历史；二是坚持实事求是，运用马克思主义的唯物辩证法科学评价党的历史；三是抛开个人恩怨，站在党和人民的立场上客观分析党犯错误的原因；四是着眼事业长远，以发展的眼光全面总结正反两个方面的历史经验。

Chinese Communist Party＇ s two copies of ＂The Resolution of History＂ formatted in two different historical periods, are not only pointed out the direction of the career development of the Party and people, but also as a model to correctly deal with historical issues of the Party. In the process of drafting the two ＂historical resolution＂, the Chinese Communist Party had scientific attitude towards its own history mainly in the following four aspects ： Firstly, to play fully democracy tra- dition towards the Party＇s history by serious attitude for responsible to the Party and the people; Secondly, to evaluate the Party＇s history by the principle of seeking truth from facts with the guide of scientific Marxist dialectical materialism ; Third- ly, to analysis the reasons of the Party＇s mistakes by setting aside personal grudges with standing in the objective position of the Party ; Fourthly, to develop a comprehensive summary of both positive and negative historical experience of the Party by focusing on the cause of long - term vision.
