在现代物流发展过程中,发达国家特别是美国、日本、德国已经形成了一套完整的物流发展体系,并成为这些国家赢得竞争优势的＂第三利润源＂,其发展经验在全球范围内受到广泛关注。我国物流业起步较晚,发展水平较低,目前正处在加快发展阶段。为进一步推动现代物流业发展,我们应在对发达国家物流业发展历程进行分析的基础上,借鉴发达国家经验,充分发挥政府在物流业发展中的重要作用,完善物流相关政策法规体系,加强对公共物流基础设施的支持,加快推动物流园区发展,促进多式联运发展,推进物流信息化,建立物流标准体系,推动现代物流技术的研发和推广应用。

In developing modern logistics,an integrated logistic development system has been created in the advanced countries,especially in the United States,Japan and Germany;and this system has helped gain ＂the third profit source＂ of comparative advantage;the experiences of these countries has attracted attention from all over the world.The development of China＇s logistics industry lagged behind and it is now in the stage of rapid development.To further promote the development of modern logistics industry,based on the analysis of the history of the development of the logistics industry in the advanced countries,we should learn from the experiences of other advanced countries,give full play to the role of government in developing the logistics industry,perfect logistics related policy and regulation system,strengthen the support of infrastructure,accelerate the development of logistic parks,promote the development of multi-model transportation,promote logistic informationization,develop the logistic standard system and promote the RD and application of modern logistic technology.
