笔者运用动态面板数据模型，基于21个省市的面板数据进行广义矩分析，考察区域金融发展及地方政府的财政支出与经济福利的关系。得到的结果是：区域金融发展对经济福利的影响较为微弱，财政支出有效地促进了区域内经济福利的提高，但是当地政府同时面临着“福利磁铁”的矛盾。在分省区研究中发现：不同的区域金融发展、财政支出对当地经济福利水平的影响具有较大的差异。
筆者運用動態麵闆數據模型，基于21箇省市的麵闆數據進行廣義矩分析，攷察區域金融髮展及地方政府的財政支齣與經濟福利的關繫。得到的結果是：區域金融髮展對經濟福利的影響較為微弱，財政支齣有效地促進瞭區域內經濟福利的提高，但是噹地政府同時麵臨著“福利磁鐵”的矛盾。在分省區研究中髮現：不同的區域金融髮展、財政支齣對噹地經濟福利水平的影響具有較大的差異。
필자운용동태면판수거모형，기우21개성시적면판수거진행엄의구분석，고찰구역금융발전급지방정부적재정지출여경제복리적관계。득도적결과시：구역금융발전대경제복리적영향교위미약，재정지출유효지촉진료구역내경제복리적제고，단시당지정부동시면림착“복리자철”적모순。재분성구연구중발현：불동적구역금융발전、재정지출대당지경제복이수평적영향구유교대적차이。
Using dynamic panel data model, the authors conducted GMM based on the panel data from 21 provinces and cities and examined the relationship between regional financial development, local government financial expenditure and the economic welfare. The results obtained are as follows： the effect of regional financial development on economic welfare is relatively weak, financial expenditure promotes the improvement of economic welfare effectively within the region, but local governments are faced with the contradiction of ＂welfare magnets＂. In the study of different regions, the authors found that the influences of financial development and government spending on local economic welfare are quite different.
