該文分析瞭雲南省城鄉金融髮展現狀、存在的主要問題及原因，提齣瞭從改善農村金融生態環境、提高城鄉金融資源配置主體的能力與素養、創新農村金融服務體繫以及完善農村金融基礎設施建設和農村金融風險補償機製等五箇方麵著手，實現城鄉金融統籌髮展。

Having analyzed the status quo of the urban - rural financial development and the relationship between demand and supply in rural financing sector of Yunnan Province, the authors conclude that there is a huge disparity within the urban and rural financing sector, in which the capital keeps flowing into the urban area while the financial demand in the rural area can not be met, and then put forward five major solutions aimed at the bal- anced development of urban - rural financing sector.
