目前学界对“非营利性体育组织”尚存诸多争议，研究认为，应将该类组织界定为行政型市场化体育组织。受我国体育体制改革不彻底、市民社会发展相对滞后、相关法律法规不完善等因素的影响，该组织在管理和运作上表现出显著的行政化和市场化倾向，作为改革中出现的一种过渡性组织，在其发展过程中出现了诸多亟待解决的问题。
目前學界對“非營利性體育組織”尚存諸多爭議，研究認為，應將該類組織界定為行政型市場化體育組織。受我國體育體製改革不徹底、市民社會髮展相對滯後、相關法律法規不完善等因素的影響，該組織在管理和運作上錶現齣顯著的行政化和市場化傾嚮，作為改革中齣現的一種過渡性組織，在其髮展過程中齣現瞭諸多亟待解決的問題。
목전학계대“비영리성체육조직”상존제다쟁의，연구인위，응장해류조직계정위행정형시장화체육조직。수아국체육체제개혁불철저、시민사회발전상대체후、상관법율법규불완선등인소적영향，해조직재관리화운작상표현출현저적행정화화시장화경향，작위개혁중출현적일충과도성조직，재기발전과정중출현료제다극대해결적문제。
There are still many disputes in the research of ＂non-profit sports organizations＂ in China. In this paper, for the first time, this kind of organizations is defined as administrative-market organizations. Influenced by the incomplete sports administrative system, undeveloped civil society and imperfect law and regulations, these organizations are under administrative and market orientation in the process of managing and operating. As transitional organizations during the reform of sports system, they are faced with various problems.
