采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计法,了解体育志愿者参与体育赛事服务动机,体育赛事志愿者参与体育赛事所期望的激励制度,以及赛事志愿者参与动机与激励制度的相关性,进而针对体育赛事志愿者的管理提出对策性建议。得出以下结论:体育赛事志愿者的参与动机由强到弱依次为目的性因素、人际因素、社会影响因素、个人因素,家族传统因素;体育赛事志愿者最期望得到外附财务牡报酬的激励,其次是外附非财务性报酬,而最低的是内兹报酬;赛事志愿者参与动机与激励制度的要素问存在显著性相关。

Literature and surveys were used, to understand the current Chinese sports volunteers to take part in sports service motivation, volunteers to take part in sports events expected incentive system, as well as volunteers to participate in events motivation and incentive systems of relevance, then the sports volunteers the management of countermeasures and suggestions. It is found that sports participation motivated volunteers from strong to weak order for the purpose of factors, interpersonal factors, social factors, personal factors, family factors in the traditional motive weakest. Sports volunteers expectations for external financial incentive compensation, followed by the by-laws, non-financial rewards, and the lowest is in it is paid. Related factors were significantly correlated.
