目的:探讨补充不同浓度虫源壳聚糖对大鼠运动能力和骨骼肌抗氧化酶系的影响。方法:对大负荷游泳训练大鼠补充剂量分别为各组平均体重的0.5 g.kg-1、1.0 g.kg-1和2.0 g.kg-1的虫源壳聚糖,在8周大负荷训练结束后测定力竭游泳时间和骨骼肌抗氧化酶系的活性。结果:8周大负荷训练后,虫源壳聚糖大负荷运动组力竭游泳时间均明显长于单纯大负荷运动组,补充2.0 g.kg-1虫源壳聚糖组游泳力竭时间比单纯大负荷运动组延长了25.56%。补充虫源壳聚糖能够显著提高抗氧化酶系活性,虫源壳聚糖0.5 g.kg-1补充组与单纯大负荷运动组相比,CAT和GST酶活性显著升高(P〈0.05),但SOD活性无显著差异;虫源壳聚糖1.0 g.kg-1和2.0 g.kg-1补充组与单纯大负荷运动组相比:SOD酶活性显著提高(P〈0.05),CAT和GST酶活性升高极为显著(P〈0.01)。MDA含量在不同水平虫源壳聚糖补充组均显著低于单纯大负荷运动组(P〈0.01)。结论:补充虫源壳聚糖有助于提高训练大鼠的运动能力及骨骼肌抗氧化酶系活性。

목적:탐토보충불동농도충원각취당대대서운동능력화골격기항양화매계적영향。방법:대대부하유영훈련대서보충제량분별위각조평균체중적0.5 g.kg-1、1.0 g.kg-1화2.0 g.kg-1적충원각취당,재8주대부하훈련결속후측정력갈유영시간화골격기항양화매계적활성。결과:8주대부하훈련후,충원각취당대부하운동조력갈유영시간균명현장우단순대부하운동조,보충2.0 g.kg-1충원각취당조유영력갈시간비단순대부하운동조연장료25.56%。보충충원각취당능구현저제고항양화매계활성,충원각취당0.5 g.kg-1보충조여단순대부하운동조상비,CAT화GST매활성현저승고(P〈0.05),단SOD활성무현저차이;충원각취당1.0 g.kg-1화2.0 g.kg-1보충조여단순대부하운동조상비:SOD매활성현저제고(P〈0.05),CAT화GST매활성승고겁위현저(P〈0.01)。MDA함량재불동수평충원각취당보충조균현저저우단순대부하운동조(P〈0.01)。결론:보충충원각취당유조우제고훈련대서적운동능력급골격기항양화매계활성。
Objective:The effects of chitosan on antioxidant enzymes in skeletal muscle and exercise performance of rat were analyzed in this study.Methods:The chitosan were supplemented to rats that were given swimming training at three dose levels 0.5g.kg-1,1.0g.kg-1 and 2.0g.kg-1.The activities of antioxidant enzymes in skeletal muscle and exhaustive swimming time were measured after eight weeks training.Results:The exhaustive swimming time was longer for chitosan supplemented rat groups and it was 25.56% longer for 2.0g.kg-1 supplementation than non-supplemented training rats.The antioxidant activities were also improved than non-supplemented training rats.The activities of CAT and GST at 0.5g.kg-1 supplementation level were increased significantly compared to non-supplemented training rats(P 0.05) while the SOD activity was not.The activities of CAT and GST at 1.0g.kg-1 and 2.0g.kg-1 supplementation levels were in creased significantly compared to non-supplemented training rats(P 0.01) and the SOD activity also increased significantly(P 0.05).The MDA concentration were much lower than non-supplemented training rats(P 0.01).Conclusion: The results suggest that the insect chitosan is a good candidate for improvement on exercise performance and increasing antioxidant enzymes activities in skeletal muscle of rats.
