运用三维运动学的研究方法,对参加2005年全国第十届体育运动会举重比赛的运动员石智勇的抓举技术进行运动学分析。结果表明,提铃过程中人杠重心间距控制合理,杠铃平均加速度超过2 m/s2,体现了优异的爆发力和出色的提铃技术;引膝阶段的技术与常规引膝技术已有了很大的改变,该阶段用时很短,膝关节角度也几乎没产生变化,通过对膝关节的制动充分发挥了腰背部肌肉力量,使抓举时杠铃最高加速度的值出现在引膝阶段而非发力阶段,这是最体现石智勇抓举技术特点的地方;抓举发力阶段,身体用力协调,各关节角度的把握也恰到好处;抓举下蹲支撑阶段技术动作堪称完美,人杠重心间距控制合理,杠铃回落距离仅为13.6 cm,人体重心向下的平均加速度为11.2 m/s2,两项均属于世界顶级选手的技术指标;在起立阶很好地利用了杠铃的弹性势能,与杠铃同步起立,同时人杠重心间距仅为0.002 m,确保了起立的稳定性。
運用三維運動學的研究方法,對參加2005年全國第十屆體育運動會舉重比賽的運動員石智勇的抓舉技術進行運動學分析。結果錶明,提鈴過程中人槓重心間距控製閤理,槓鈴平均加速度超過2 m/s2,體現瞭優異的爆髮力和齣色的提鈴技術;引膝階段的技術與常規引膝技術已有瞭很大的改變,該階段用時很短,膝關節角度也幾乎沒產生變化,通過對膝關節的製動充分髮揮瞭腰揹部肌肉力量,使抓舉時槓鈴最高加速度的值齣現在引膝階段而非髮力階段,這是最體現石智勇抓舉技術特點的地方;抓舉髮力階段,身體用力協調,各關節角度的把握也恰到好處;抓舉下蹲支撐階段技術動作堪稱完美,人槓重心間距控製閤理,槓鈴迴落距離僅為13.6 cm,人體重心嚮下的平均加速度為11.2 m/s2,兩項均屬于世界頂級選手的技術指標;在起立階很好地利用瞭槓鈴的彈性勢能,與槓鈴同步起立,同時人槓重心間距僅為0.002 m,確保瞭起立的穩定性。

With the methods of 3D kinematic analysis,this paper made an analysis on Shi zhiyong's snatch technique in weightlifting competition of the Tenth National Games.The results showed that the gravity distance between Shi and the bar was reasonable in the barbell lifting and the average acceleration was over 2m/s2,which reflected the excellence of explosive power and barbell lifting skill.His knee movement technique changed greatly,the movement time being very short and the angle of knee joint almost had no change.By braking the knee joints,he fully utilized the muscular power of waist and lower back so that the maximum acceleration appeared in knee movement phase instead of movement in exertion phase,which best embodied the technical characteristics of Shi's snatch skill.In snatch exertion phase,his body was well coordinated and the angles of joints were just right.In squatting phase,his technical movement was perfect,with reasonable control of the distance between the body and the bar.The distance of fallback was only 13.6cm and the average acceleration of the body gravity was 11.2m/s2,both being the technical indexes of top weightlifters.In standing up phase,he made full use of the elastic potential energy of the barbell and stood up with the barbell simultaneously and steadily,with the gravity distance between the body and the barbell being only 0.002m.
