劳动力流动的新趋势反映了劳动力要素成本的比较优势在我国区域之间的动态转化，东部地区逐步丧失劳动力成本的比较优势，中西部地区劳动力要素禀赋的显性优势开始呈现。产业转移直接产生于比较优势的动态变化，顺应劳动力流动的新趋势，做好产业在区域间的转移和承接，才能转变依靠廉价劳动力的外向型经济增长方式，促使东部沿海地区进行产业升级，同时带动中西部地区工业化和城镇化进程，在保持我国低劳动力成本优势的基础上实现区域间协调发展。
勞動力流動的新趨勢反映瞭勞動力要素成本的比較優勢在我國區域之間的動態轉化，東部地區逐步喪失勞動力成本的比較優勢，中西部地區勞動力要素稟賦的顯性優勢開始呈現。產業轉移直接產生于比較優勢的動態變化，順應勞動力流動的新趨勢，做好產業在區域間的轉移和承接，纔能轉變依靠廉價勞動力的外嚮型經濟增長方式，促使東部沿海地區進行產業升級，同時帶動中西部地區工業化和城鎮化進程，在保持我國低勞動力成本優勢的基礎上實現區域間協調髮展。

The new trend of labor flow reflects that comparative advantage in cost of labor factor dynamically transforming a- mong regions. The eastern regions gradually lose the comparative advantage of labor cost. The dominant advantage endowments in labor factor begin to appear in Central and Western regions. Industry transfer result directly from the dynamic change of comparative advantage. In order to conform to the new trend of labor flow, doing well in the transfer and continuity of industries can shift the export - oriented economic growth mode which relying on cheap labor force, as well as give impetus to the upgrading in the eastern coastal regions, simultaneously, drive industrialization and the urbanization advancement in Central and Western regions, so as to realize regional coordinated development based on advantages of keeping our low labor cost.
