国际金融危机的频繁爆发使得各国各地区的经济、政治、社会发展受到了极大阻碍。在治理国际金融危机的过程中，G20为代表的全球治理机制安排所发挥的积极作用是有目共睹的。中国依据循序渐进、互利共赢的原则参与到G20改革和发展的进程中，推动其逐步由短期应急转向长期治理，被动反应转向主动决策的机制化和功能化方向发展，有助于其在促进全球金融治理过程中发挥更为显著的主导作用。

Nowadays, international financial crisis has been developing quite fast, which has a negative impact on economy, politics, society, etc. of a great many countries and regions all over the world. In the process of governance of international financial crisis, G20, as an example of institutional arrangement of global financial governance, is playing its obvious role in the governance of global finance. With the principle ＂step by step, win-win＂, China participates in G20＇s reform and development, promotes it from short-term emergency to long-term governance, from negative reaction to active policy-making, which will help it facilitate governance of global finance and erect more notable influence.
