In the process of the Changchun-Jilin-Tumen River Area Development Openness,the setting up of International Channels for Tumen River Area is an unavoidable and urgent problem to be settled.In order to find the right route,we should not only look back in history,but also think about the future.This article intends to study this problem under the guidance of those international laws,which has connected with this district in many ways in the past years.At the same time,this paper also tries to analyse several ways to give specific models in solving this problem.Thus,this article will extend a practicable blueprint in solving the problems of international channels for Tumen River Area.
