通过文献资料法、访谈法和调查法,收集与体育院校院系两级管理机构设置及职能相关的资料,对体育院校实施的院系两级教学管理体制进行研究,分析院系两级管理机构的设置及其职能。通过挖掘和整理体育院校管理体制的特点,以及管理机构设置的现状,构建了校院系三级框架和实施院系两级管理的基本模式,为成功避免教学管理上权利高度集中、机构职责单一、教学与管理工作分离等现象做出了有益尝试。
通過文獻資料法、訪談法和調查法,收集與體育院校院繫兩級管理機構設置及職能相關的資料,對體育院校實施的院繫兩級教學管理體製進行研究,分析院繫兩級管理機構的設置及其職能。通過挖掘和整理體育院校管理體製的特點,以及管理機構設置的現狀,構建瞭校院繫三級框架和實施院繫兩級管理的基本模式,為成功避免教學管理上權利高度集中、機構職責單一、教學與管理工作分離等現象做齣瞭有益嘗試。

Based on the method of literature research,interview and investigation,the research obtains the information of the two-level management institution of the departments of the sport colleges so as to study the two-level management mechanism of these departments and analyze its setting and function.By exploring and summarizing the features of the management system and the status quo of the setting of the management institution,the paper establishes the three-level framework of the college,department and major and the two-level management of the department and major so as to make good tentative to successfully avoid the highly power centralization of teaching management,single institution function and separation between teaching and management.
