国际间的文化竞争愈演愈烈,我国虽是文化大国,但相比其他很多国家,我们的文化在传播力和影响力方面还比较落后,且传播途径较为狭窄。网络的普及为普通民众传播中国文化提供了便利的渠道。从增强民众的文化对外传播意识、搭建以互联网为主的传播平台并创造良好的传播环境以及引入激励和引导监督机制这三个方面入手,将构建一个民众助推中国优秀文化＂走出去＂的常态机制。
