失地农民就业风险的成因可分为两类：一是外在因素,即中小企业、第三产业发展滞后的制约和劳动力市场分割、就业制度不完善的限制;二是内在因素,即人力资本和社会资本缺失的局限。失地农民就业风险的排解：一是大力发展中小企业和第三产业,完善就业制度;二是发展、完善人力资本和社会资本。

실지농민취업풍험적성인가분위량류：일시외재인소,즉중소기업、제삼산업발전체후적제약화노동력시장분할、취업제도불완선적한제;이시내재인소,즉인력자본화사회자본결실적국한。실지농민취업풍험적배해：일시대력발전중소기업화제삼산업,완선취업제도;이시발전、완선인력자본화사회자본。
There are two reasons why the landless farmers take a risk in employment： first is external factors,namely their employment is restricted by the backward of the small and medium-sized enterprises and the tertiary industry,the segmentation of the labor market and the deficiency of employment system;second is intrinsic factors,namely,restrictions on human capital and social capital.Solutions to the risk are： first variously to develop small and medium-sized enterprises and improve the employment system;second to develop and improve human capital and social capital.
