信息互动系统观是信息论、控制论和系统论三者整合而成的理论观点,是信息时代人们认识和改造世界的重要方法论。信息互动系统观认为,以整个世界的原理与工程为起点,从学科体系、人类社会和计算机网络三个视角进行深入迭代,可以形成实践-感知-数据、技术-运用-信息、科学-思维-知识、情意-心理-情感、哲学-哲思-哲观五个层次的迭代形态,这与自然科学和社会科学的发展脉络相一致。当前信息时代理想的迭代粒度是对整个世界的要素及其关系、过程及其状态的分析、设计、开发、实施、管理和评价的迭代,AECT94定义制定、基于设计的研究缘起、以及教育与企业E-Learning实践都可视为其应用与扩展,这有利于促进E-Learning原理的体系化发展。

Information interaction system theory is formulated by integrating information theory,control theory and system theory and is an important methodology for people of the information age to learn and reform the world.It is believed in the information interaction system that iteration can be developed from the three angles of discipline system,human society and computer network by taking the world principles and engineering as the starting point;there will be five levels of iteration:practice-sense-data,technology-application-information,science-thinking-knowledge,affection-psychology-emotion,philosophy-philosophical thought-philosophical view.The classification conforms to the development of natural science and social science.Then,the whole world can be further iterated according the main logic of "analysis,design,development,implementation,management,and evaluation of elements and their relationships,process and their status".As a result,the definition of AECT94 Educational Technology,Design-based Researching,School E-Learning,and Enterprise E-Learning can be all considered as the application or extension of Information Interaction System,which is advantageous to promote the systematical development of E-Learning principles.
