印度“学位与职位相分离”政策的演变是其高等教育发展与社会发展互动的体现,是高等教育政策适应社会要求的结果。印度处理高等教育扩张中出现的知识失业的方法和政策显示,只有从个人观念、教育管理、社会政策三个层面处理好学位与职位之间的紧张关系,才能有效缓解知识失业问题。
印度“學位與職位相分離”政策的縯變是其高等教育髮展與社會髮展互動的體現,是高等教育政策適應社會要求的結果。印度處理高等教育擴張中齣現的知識失業的方法和政策顯示,隻有從箇人觀唸、教育管理、社會政策三箇層麵處理好學位與職位之間的緊張關繫,纔能有效緩解知識失業問題。

India's "Delinking Degrees from Jobs" policy evolution is not only the result of the interaction between higher education development and social development, but also the result of higher education policy having met the social requirements. Though the causes of the phenomenon of over-education in China and India are not identical, the methods and policies in India dealing with the problem of knowledge unemployment are important references to China. According to China's national conditions,we can deal with the tension between degrees and jobs from three levels of personal development,education and management and social policy research so as to alleviate the problem of unemployment effectively.
