Thus, it is necessary for the universities and colleges to cultivate graduates with good personality to satisfy social＇s varieties of needs of different talents. Huzhou Teachers College puts the optimum education into practice actively, and the ideas, models, approaches and mechanism for cultivating personalized talent of a regional university are taking shape.
