当前中高职业教育协调发展中存在理论上人才培养目标定位模糊、实践上专业内涵建设脱节等主要问题，要从目标定位、课程衔接、师资队伍、招生制度等方面协调发展。

당전중고직업교육협조발전중존재이론상인재배양목표정위모호、실천상전업내함건설탈절등주요문제，요종목표정위、과정함접、사자대오、초생제도등방면협조발전。
An analysis is made on the problems existing in the coordinated development of current secondary and higher vocational education. These problems include in theory the obscure talent training objective and in practice the separation of profession connotation construction. A study is thus made on the orientation of objective, the link of courses, the teaching team and the enrollment system.
