魏晋玄学崇尚自然，以自然为美，这种对原生态和本色的倡导，反映到关学观念上，则是素朴、自然的审美理想和形态的形成。从生态视角来看，魏晋名士们在山水赏会中，既超越了审美主体对自我生命的关爱，也超越了仅把自然作为工具的狭隘价值取向，体现了审美过程中的物我两忘、物我交融，达到了自然审美与人的精神生态相交融的美的境界。

The paper analyzes the technical efficiency of international air transport corporations and discomposes the change of Total Factor Productivity through Malmquist index. The paper constructs two linear program models - two inputs - single output and two inputs - two outputs model - to calculate the technical efficiency change and discomposes the change of Total Factor Productivity of air transport corporations, the results show that two inputs - two outputs model is fitter to China air transport corporations, and that China air transport cm＇porations have lower technical efficiency than other airlines in the world. The result reflects that the management regime of domestic airlines is stiffer and management mode drops behind, so as to lead to management efficiency and resource allocation efficiency are lower.
