目的:探讨负重训练对老龄大鼠骨组织生物力学性能的影响,以期为预防和治疗骨质疏松寻找合理的运动强度和方式。方法:32只18月龄Wistar健康雄性大鼠,随机分为安静对照组(DZ)、30%负荷组(XC组)、50%负荷组(ZC组)和70%负荷运动组(DC组),各运动组大鼠进行为期8周的负重训练。采用骨生物力学测量仪测定大鼠股骨最大载荷、弹性载荷、最大桡度、弹性桡度、最大应力和弹性模量等指标。结果:(1)50%负荷组大鼠股骨最大载荷、弹性载荷等均显著高于安静对照组(P〈0.01),(2)各组间相比,50%负荷组小鼠股骨最大载荷和最大应力等均高于30%负荷组且显著高于70%负荷组(P〈0.01)。结论:负重训练对老龄鼠骨组织的生物力学特性具有良好的影响,中小负荷的负重训练对改善老龄鼠骨组织的代谢较适宜,能够减缓因增龄而引起的骨量丢失,预防骨质疏松,促进老龄鼠骨骼生物力学特性的优化。
目的:探討負重訓練對老齡大鼠骨組織生物力學性能的影響,以期為預防和治療骨質疏鬆尋找閤理的運動彊度和方式。方法:32隻18月齡Wistar健康雄性大鼠,隨機分為安靜對照組(DZ)、30%負荷組(XC組)、50%負荷組(ZC組)和70%負荷運動組(DC組),各運動組大鼠進行為期8週的負重訓練。採用骨生物力學測量儀測定大鼠股骨最大載荷、彈性載荷、最大橈度、彈性橈度、最大應力和彈性模量等指標。結果:(1)50%負荷組大鼠股骨最大載荷、彈性載荷等均顯著高于安靜對照組(P〈0.01),(2)各組間相比,50%負荷組小鼠股骨最大載荷和最大應力等均高于30%負荷組且顯著高于70%負荷組(P〈0.01)。結論:負重訓練對老齡鼠骨組織的生物力學特性具有良好的影響,中小負荷的負重訓練對改善老齡鼠骨組織的代謝較適宜,能夠減緩因增齡而引起的骨量丟失,預防骨質疏鬆,促進老齡鼠骨骼生物力學特性的優化。
목적:탐토부중훈련대노령대서골조직생물역학성능적영향,이기위예방화치료골질소송심조합리적운동강도화방식。방법:32지18월령Wistar건강웅성대서,수궤분위안정대조조(DZ)、30%부하조(XC조)、50%부하조(ZC조)화70%부하운동조(DC조),각운동조대서진행위기8주적부중훈련。채용골생물역학측량의측정대서고골최대재하、탄성재하、최대뇨도、탄성뇨도、최대응력화탄성모량등지표。결과:(1)50%부하조대서고골최대재하、탄성재하등균현저고우안정대조조(P〈0.01),(2)각조간상비,50%부하조소서고골최대재하화최대응력등균고우30%부하조차현저고우70%부하조(P〈0.01)。결론:부중훈련대노령서골조직적생물역학특성구유량호적영향,중소부하적부중훈련대개선노령서골조직적대사교괄의,능구감완인증령이인기적골량주실,예방골질소송,촉진노령서골격생물역학특성적우화。
Objective: To study an impact of weight training on old aged rats bone tissue biomechanics function,in order to find reasonable exercise intensity and the way to prevent and cure osteoporosis.Method: Thirty-two 18-month males were randomly assigned into four groups: quiet group(DZ),30% load group(XC),50% load group(ZC) and 70% load group(DC).Every exercise group rat did weight training for 8 weeks.Adopt an instrument of bone biomechanics to determine rat thigh-bone indices such as maximal loading,elasticity loading,maximal oar degree,elasticity oar degree,maximal strain and elasticity modulus.Results:(1) maximal loading and elasticity loading of 50% load group(ZC group) was significantly higher than quiet group(P0.01)(2) compared with each other,maximal loading and maximal strain of 50% load group(ZC group) were higher than 30% load group(XC group),significantly higher than 70% load group(DC)(P0.01).Conclusions: Weight training on old age rats bone tissue biomechanics has fine effect: small and medium load training on bone metabolism in aging rats is more appropriate to slow bone loss and prevent osteoporosis caused by aging,and promote aging rats skeletal biomechanical properties of the optimization.
