目的:探讨高频重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)的兴奋作用及其脑电活动,为使用rTMS提高运动员的唤醒水平提供理论基础。方法:采用2×2×2混合设计,在运动员左侧背外侧前额叶(DLPFC)施加20 Hz,90%RMT,3 000次rTMS(持续5 s,间隔55 s),分别测试刺激前、后的自评兴奋度和脑电(EEG)。结果r:TMS刺激后男、女被试的自评兴奋性提高,额部α波、β波和央部β波的活动增强,顶部θ波和枕部δ波、θ波的活动减弱。结论:高频rTMS能够提高兴奋性r,TMS刺激后脑电活动的变化在一定程度上可以解释其神经生物学效应。

목적:탐토고빈중복경로자자격(rTMS)적흥강작용급기뇌전활동,위사용rTMS제고운동원적환성수평제공이론기출。방법:채용2×2×2혼합설계,재운동원좌측배외측전액협(DLPFC)시가20 Hz,90%RMT,3 000차rTMS(지속5 s,간격55 s),분별측시자격전、후적자평흥강도화뇌전(EEG)。결과r:TMS자격후남、녀피시적자평흥강성제고,액부α파、β파화앙부β파적활동증강,정부θ파화침부δ파、θ파적활동감약。결론:고빈rTMS능구제고흥강성r,TMS자격후뇌전활동적변화재일정정도상가이해석기신경생물학효응。
Objective: Investigate the excitation effects and electroencephalographic activity of high-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation,for providing a theoretical foundation by using rTMS to improve athlete's arousal level.Method: Using 2×2×2 mixed design,given 20Hz,90%RMT,3000 pulses of rTMS(5s on and 55s off) on left DLPFC in athletes,subjective excitation feeling and EEG were measured respectively before and after.Results: Excitatory self-assessment raise,the activity of frontal alpha,beta and central beta were increase,the activity of parietal theta,occipital delta and theta were decrease after rTMS.Conclusion: High-frequency rTMS can improve excitation,the change of EEG after rTMS might partly be explained by the neurobiological effect of high-frequency rTMS.
