在供应链动态和复杂的环境不确定性条件下,柔性成为了有效的竞争手段,并可以对供应链绩效进行持续改进。所以,提升供应链的柔性越来越受到理论界和业界的关注。在参考相关文献的基础上,给出了供应链柔性的内涵,并分析供应链在不同的生命周期阶段所体现的柔性能力,探讨在环境不确定性条件下供应链柔性战略决策和发展,进而提出基于环境不确定性条件下供应链柔性和供应链绩效的研究框架。

Facing a dynamic and complex environmental uncertainty of supply cha in,flexibility has become a critical means to achieve a competitive advantage,wh ich can constantly improve supply chain performance.Thus,promotion of supply cha in flexibility is more concerned by scholars and business circles,but there is limited systemic research in this field.This paper figured out the connotation o f supply chain flexibility and analyzed the flexibility capabilities in differen t lifecycle phases based on the review of the literature on supply chain flexibi lity,and discussed the decision-making and development of the supply chain flex ibility strategy in environmental uncertainty and then presented a research fram ework of supply chain flexibility and supply chain performance based on the envi ronmental uncertainty.
