邓小平的法制思想为社会主义法制作了基本定位：社会主义法制是中国社会主义建设的重要任务；社会主义法制是中国社会主义改革的重要内容；社会主义法制是中国社会主义发展的重要经验。邓小平的法制建设思想的基本内容表现为“有法可依、有法必依、执法必严、违法必究”四个方面。邓小平的法制建设方略是必须通过加强法律体系建设、法制队伍建设和法制宣教工作，不断推进社会主义法制的顺利发展。
鄧小平的法製思想為社會主義法製作瞭基本定位：社會主義法製是中國社會主義建設的重要任務；社會主義法製是中國社會主義改革的重要內容；社會主義法製是中國社會主義髮展的重要經驗。鄧小平的法製建設思想的基本內容錶現為“有法可依、有法必依、執法必嚴、違法必究”四箇方麵。鄧小平的法製建設方略是必鬚通過加彊法律體繫建設、法製隊伍建設和法製宣教工作，不斷推進社會主義法製的順利髮展。

Deng Xiaoping＇ s legal thought sets the basic orientation for socialist legal system. The socialist legal system is the important task of Chinese socialist construction and the important content of Chinese socialist reform and also is the important experience of Chinese socialist development. Deng Xiaoping＇ s legal thought includes four aspects： there are laws to abide by, the laws must be observed and strictly enforced, and law - breakers must be prosecuted. Deng Xiaoping＇ s legal system construction strategy is to promote the smooth development of the socialist legal system by strengthening the legal system construction, legal team construction and publicity and education of legal system.
