根据受灾程度对各个灾区的救助率加权,以救助率最大和费用最小为目标,对多个应急物资供应点,多个应急物资需求点和多种应急物资调度建立多目标规划模型,将多目标规划模型转化为2阶段单目标规划模型,给出具体的算法和步骤,利用LINGO软件进行求解,最后给出一个算例.

According to the different levels of hard-hit disaster areas,the weight of disaster relief rate is obtained,with the goal of maximum relief rate and minimum cost.The multi-objective programming should be established to deal with the multi-depot,multi-demand and multi-material dispatch problem.The multi-objective model can be divided into singleobjective programming with two stages.The problem is solved by using LINGO software.Finally,an example is presented to show the feasibility of the given model.
