In the course of the market - oriented reform of real estate, the strengthening of the market entities causes to the unequal of real estate resources distribution. Therefore, the government has given some ways to regulate and control the real estate industry. This article points out that indemnificatory housing develops very fast thanks to the macro - control for the real estate. In the course of indemnificatory housing construction, the orderly development of real estate should be realized while the healthy sustainable development of commodity housing should be also stressed. Only in this way can the real estate resources be finally optimized and the national economy also does achieve sound development.
