本文通过问卷调查和半开放式访谈调查了实习生教学能力的发展情况。结果显示:实习生在教育实习阶段教学能力有很明显的提高;教学认知能力的提高大于教学反思能力和教学实施能力;各个维度的教学能力的各方面发展程度不一等。
本文通過問捲調查和半開放式訪談調查瞭實習生教學能力的髮展情況。結果顯示:實習生在教育實習階段教學能力有很明顯的提高;教學認知能力的提高大于教學反思能力和教學實施能力;各箇維度的教學能力的各方麵髮展程度不一等。

Through questionnaires and semi - open interviews, this study investigates the developmental situation of teaching ability of normal student teachers. The results shows that: student teachers' teaching ability has been improved significantly in the internship period ; the development level of the cognitive ability is better than the reflective ability and the performance ability ; the development level of the teaching ability in various dimensions is different.
