现有的争端解决机制选择的经验研究，主要关注单边行动和WTO争端解决机制。文章在此基础上，进一步检验双边磋商和WTO争端解决机制的选择问题，检验结果表明：政治、经济因素对于双边和多边机制的选择都有不同程度的影响，并且政治因素的影响更为显著。进而在结论中提出了对中国的启示。
現有的爭耑解決機製選擇的經驗研究，主要關註單邊行動和WTO爭耑解決機製。文章在此基礎上，進一步檢驗雙邊磋商和WTO爭耑解決機製的選擇問題，檢驗結果錶明：政治、經濟因素對于雙邊和多邊機製的選擇都有不同程度的影響，併且政治因素的影響更為顯著。進而在結論中提齣瞭對中國的啟示。

In the past, empirical researches on the choice of dispute settlement mechanism focused on unilateral mechanism and WTO settlement mechanism. On the basis of past researches, the paper further examines the choice between bilateral mechanism and WTO settlement mechanism. The empirical results show that political and economic factors have different degrees of influence over bilateral and multilateral settlement mechanism, and that political factors have a more significant effect. In the conclusion, it presents some implications for China.
